Supervision is an activity related to providing a quality and timely implementation of projects or activities, providing advises and assisting in the overall project implementation. Throughout the years our company has implemented a number of supervisory projects. Some of them are:

The projects main objective is to supervise the project implementation, advise and assist Sofia Municipality and the Beneficiaries in contract management, progress monitoring, and acceptance procedures. The tasks of the Supervisor also include validation of completion of each of the 26 building within the project scope against the approved technical specifications and approval of the construction activities payments. As additional result of the project the Supervisor has to develop the following guidelines/ reports:
• Methodology for monitoring and assessment of the effect from the implemented energy efficiency measures, including aspects related to environmental impact and safety
• Preliminary evaluation of the effect of the measures implemented, based on the inputs of the energy efficiency assessment of the buildings before the project implementation
• Handbook with instructions for smart energy management of the implemented energy efficiency measure

The projects main objective is to supervise the project implementation, advise and assist the Bulgarian Ministry of Energy and the Beneficiaries in contract management, progress monitoring, and acceptance procedures. The tasks of the Supervisor also include validation of completion of each of the 8 building within the project scope against the approved technical specifications and approval of the payments. As additional result of the project the Supervisor has to develop the following guidelines/ reports:
• Methodology for monitoring and assessment of the effect from the implemented energy efficiency measures, including aspects related to environmental impact and safety

The projects main objective is to supervise the project implementation, advise and assist the Bulgarian Ministry of Energy and the Beneficiaries in contract management, progress monitoring, and acceptance procedures. The tasks of the Supervisor also include validation of completion of each of the 52 buildings within the project scope against the approved technical specifications and approval of the payments. The construction and installation works include replacement of windows, application of thermal insulation on walls, floors and roofs, rehabilitation of heating installations and replacement of heating equipment. As additional result of the project the Supervisor has to develop the following guidelines/ reports:
• Methodology for monitoring and assessment of the effect from the implemented energy efficiency measures, including aspects related to environmental impact and safety
• Preliminary evaluation of the effect of the measures implemented, based on the inputs of the energy efficiency assessment of the buildings before the project implementation
