Consultancy Services of a Supervisor on the implementation of Project for Energy Efficiency in 26 Public Buildings in Sofia
The projects main objective is to supervise the project implementation, advise and assist Sofia Municipality and the Beneficiaries in contract management, progress monitoring, and acceptance procedures. The tasks of the Supervisor also include validation of completion of each of the 26 building within the project scope against the approved technical specifications and approval of the construction activities payments. The projects main objective is to supervise the project implementation, advise and assist the Bulgarian Ministry of Energy and the Beneficiaries in contract management, progress monitoring, and acceptance procedures. The tasks of the Supervisor also include validation of completion of each of the 52 buildings within the project scope against the approved technical specifications and approval of the payments. The construction and installation works include replacement of windows, application of thermal insulation on walls, floors and roofs, rehabilitation of heating installations and replacement of heating equipment.
